Testimonials

"GreenITCheck certification helps companies save thousands of dollars in energy costs, provides independent verification of green credentials useful for marketing and PR plus helps differentiate companies committed to highly sustainable IT business practices".
Ian Birks, CEO, Australia Information Industry Association

"Going green as a business can sometimes be an obscure goal - what is really green? That is where green certification is of benefit. It defines the scope and requirements of becoming the type of green business that everyone recognises. Certification for Green initiatives is one of the key steps towards defining and implementing a business sustainability strategy - it provides a framework and accountability for both the certifying organisation, and their customers and partners.
Bianca Wirth, Wirth Consulting, former sustainability technologist at Microsoft

"There are many organisations offering products and services designed to improve the environmental outcomes from using information and communications technology. And there are many more organisations taking the necessary steps to reduce the waste and energy consumption associated with technology use by taking advantage of these 'Green IT' solutions. For these reasons, it is important that, as an industry, we have a consistent, independent, proven and comprehensive means of certifying all these efforts. With GreenITCheck, consumers can be confident in the credibility of any provider of a Green IT solution."
Bob Hayward, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, CSC Australia | CSC Asia
